The Design Advisory Service offers a short consultation with some written recommendations and an opportunity to discuss your ideas.
Both the Concept Design and Space Planning Package and the Bespoke Interior Design Service Package begin with an initial design consultation, free of charge, to identify your requirements and the scope of work to be undertaken. Following this an Onboarding Pack which includes a written scope of works and fee proposal will be issued for agreement before continuing onto the next phases of the design process. Clarity on the phases of the design process and costs at this early stage can help provide you with the confidence to proceed.

Design Advisory Service - £250
Are you beginning to think about transforming your spaces but aren’t yet ready to embark on the full interior design experience. Do you just want to talk colours, layout or furniture? At Amy Seymour Interiors I offer a 2 hour consultation where we can discuss your ideas to help you kick start your design journey.
What will you receive?
- A written summary of our discussions and suggested next steps.
Concept Design and Spatial Planning Package - From £750 per room
To start the process, we will work together using a detailed questionnaire to develop a detailed design brief. If you aren’t sure exactly what your requirements are, it is at this stage Amy Seymour Interiors can support you in considering all aspects of your space including its function and aesthetic to refine the design brief. This is followed by a survey of the space including taking observation notes, measurements, photographs, and videos.
Developing the concept for your design will help to determine the proposed aesthetic of the space including colours, materials and atmosphere. Determining the optimum spatial layout is crucial to ensure the design is both functional and practical. This will be informed by who uses the space, it’s planned function(s) as well as ergonomic and anthropometric considerations.
What will you receive?
- A full written and agreed brief
- Concept Board and accompanying narrative
- A Technical Drawing Package (e.g. floor plans and wall elevations)
- A proposed sourcing list including finishes and furniture
- Furniture Board/s
Bespoke Interior Design Service Package - Prices vary and will depend on your requirements
This service incorporates and builds on the Concept Design and Spatial Planning Package with the addition of a full procurement service and project co-ordination. The procurement service, which includes full cost estimates, purchasing of all finishes and furniture, and installation, gives the benefit of access to trade discounts and support with managing any issues, should they arise. This package also includes full project co-ordination, working with other trade professionals to bring your design to life.
What will you receive?
- A full written and agreed brief (including the identification of other required professionals)
- Concept Board and accompanying narrative
- A Technical Drawing Package (e.g. floor plans and wall elevations)
- Rendered 2D / 3D drawings (optional)*
- A proposed sourcing list including finishes and furniture

- Sample Board/s
- Lighting Schedule
